'Carne Asada Tacos | DELICIOUS MEXICAN STREET FOOD'

'In this Mexican-inspired street food recipe, Carne Asada Tacos entail a juicy ground beef filling complimented with subtle but mouthwatering flavours of cheese, bell peppers, tomato, and taco mix. Experience a fiesta with every bite!  Total time: 20-30 min  Ingredients: 1. Ground Beef (1 lb) 2. Oil (1-2 tbsp) 3. Butter (1-2 tbsp) 4. Onion (1/2 chopped) 5. Ginger paste (1/2 tbsp) 6. Garlic paste (1 tbsp) 7. Bell peppers (1/2) 8. Taco mix (1/2 packet) 9. Salt (1 tbsp) 10. Sour cream  11. Cheese (Marble/Cheddar/Mozzarella)  12. Ketchup 13. Hard or soft shell tacos (hard shells used in this video)  STEP 1 - Ground Beef Instructions: 1. Chop the onion and 1/2 bell pepper and set aside. 2. At low-medium heat, add oil and butter in a pot. 3. Add chopped onions into pot once oil and butter are heated. Mix. 4. Once the onions are golden-brown, add garlic and ginger paste and mix. 5. Then, add the ground beef and mix thoroughly until cooked. 6. Add 4-5 tbsp ketchup, then add the taco mix and salt. Mix at low-medium heat. 7. Add 1/2 of the chopped bell pepper and save the rest for garnishing.   STEP 2 - Taco Prep Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees. 2. Spread taco shells evenly on baking tray and bake for 5 min at 150 degrees or medium heat. 3. Once cooled, add medium layer (1-2 tbsp) ground beef in tacos. Spread evenly. 4. Add layer of sour cream (1-2) tbsp and spread evenly on each taco. 5. Add a few drops of ketchup. 6. Overload on cheese topping and garnish with chopped bell peppers. 7. Bake for another 5-7 min at 150 degrees or medium heat (until cheese melts).  Enjoy!'
